Random Midnight Sketches

I was supposed to work on my prac. I have quite a bad day this afternoon. I don't really like what my tutor said to me. I felt like I was being mistaken. I felt like I deserved more credit than just "I know you don't really like IT why don't you consider changing course?"

Just because I fucked up a originally perfectly working code, that I worked out without copy-pasting anything from anyone else (except for asking help from my friend for a general idea how to do the code), I deserved that? What the fuck. I do admit I deserved what I got; those marks that was given to me is justified. I was being careless and very unlucky that I could not reconstruct my codes to make it work, but the review about what you think I am? No. That's totally way off.

I rode home furiously. I got the balls to slide in between cars, and lean like a pro. No not really, but then I went home with a very very bad mood. I have temper issues. Later that day, I met up with her :D

I feel so so much better when I see her.. It feels so good to have someone there for you always (as long as she's not angry herself :P) We had dinner together later that day. 

Wait, I am supposed to talk about random midnight sketches.

As I said earlier, I should be working on my failed prac. I don't care about the marks. I care about what I think I am worthy of. I care about what I think I can do. But then, after a few seconds writing some java codes, I booted up SAI and started sketching. I made a promise to myself that I will finish the prac by tomorrow. After a few minutes sketching with my retarded mouse, this is what  I got.

I am quite proud of myself. I can never play a competitive Starcraft 2 match with my mouse, but  at least I can draw with it. What? Couldn't tell what it is? I will tell you what it is. It is a guy posing holding a gun and a sword behind his back. I worked on the sketch later on and got this next.

I actually attached a doll on the edge of the sword if you notice, and gave the sword a sunflower deco. I also got him (Kale) wearing some weird jacket as well as giving him a.. erm.. belly-belt. I wasn't sure what the thing on his chest is, but I originally gave him a giant cross attached at his torso.

Later on I tried coloring. Man I suck at coloring. It took me awhile, but in the end, I got this as my final product.

I actually rushed towards the end so I left out a bit of a detail. Many of the lines are somewhat not neat. I removed the three weird thing on the neck of the jacket and made things shinny... OH for my cat's sake I forgot to make the belt buckle shine!! What a shame.

The program actually expired, and it doesn't allow us to save anything once it is expired. Fortunately, the programmers and designers for SAI knows little about the print-screen button.

I thought KaleOutline.png was done more neatly, as I am better at sketching, and I know nothing about coloring. I like the eye from the uncolored one.

So this is my first ever anime character dude drawn on SAI. Kale was one of my main character in my self-drawn manga when I was a kid back in high school. He was based on one of my friend who actually draws manga himself too, and now a art student graduating soon. And yes, I do admire him, both his talent, and him being in a art school.
