Life. Why live? Is it because we simply want to survive? Just because we were made that way? God. Where's God? It is of course logical. Figured out. Children dies. That's just what God wants. Before they got the choice, He take them all to Heaven, without needing them paying a cent to the "Church". That's the only loving side of God I could think of. At least they prevented them from going to "hell", if there's one. A free ticket to "salvation". Cheers for dead children.
Is there's nothing to live for? Except to live on, work for our survival. What comes next? Filling our "holes" with temporary objects. Promises? Lol. Love? Lol. Money? Lol. Fame? Lol. What are those after we are dead, that's if we are able the keep them throughout our lives.
Or become one of the church's slave? Promising a way to "live on" happily ever after, or if you don't like the idea, you might just "live on" all alone till eternity. Threatening? Who give a shit about the Bible if it doesn't "reward" you with a "life" insurance?
Go ahead and make the Earth a better place. Maximizing living experiences of those to come in the future, who all cared about one thing, to not die, and an attempt to hide from that fear. Medicine delays your death, but is that extra 10, 20 years worth of anything? Other then trying to fulfill the purposes you made up for yourself in an attempt to escape from the fear of death, what else? Why do you live? Just simply because your body wants you to?
Go ahead and be the fastest, strongest, biggest, craziest person in this planet. Yes. Cheers! They might just remember your name, but do it matter if you're dead?
Doesn't matter.
